International Customers:

Any import duties, taxes are not included in the product price or shipping costs and would be collected upon delivery by the courier for certain packages.
These charges are recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the package. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Canadian Customers:

If you are purchasing the product from within Canada (delivered to a Canadian address), your Provincial Tax rate will be added to your order and will be stated on your receipt.

We ship to most countries. To see actual shipping costs, add the product to your cart, then "View Cart" and add in your shipping info. You will see exact costs before having to commit. Duties and Taxes may apply (in some countries) and are the responsibility of the customer. Please see the "Duties and Taxes" FAQ for more information.

We offer "Flat Rate" (Tracked Packet) shipping on all orders. Our preferred carrier is UPS Tracked Packet offers tracking info to your provided email address. Depending on the country, it can take between 3 to 10 business days.
