In this video I’m playing straight into my Mac via my interface, (an Apogee Duet 2) with just a touch of reverb – no Amp or EQ etc.. Just the pedal sound – straight into my computer.
Note: Like all pedals, the magic is in the right settings.
I recommend using a Direct box (DI) if going straight into a PA (no amplifier). It will maintain the signal better. I’m including a couple of links below to Direct box options as well:
DIRECT BOX (DI) OPTIONS:
ONSTAGE MINI DI BOX (same as Mooer brand)
Useful Features Including Basic Cabinet Simulator
RADIAL JDX DIRECT-DRIVE
Great Quality DI w/ Cabinet Simulator
POWER SUPPLY OPTIONS:
A good power supply for guitar pedals is important because it provides consistent and reliable power, reduces noise in the signal chain, prolongs the lifespan of the pedals, and adds convenience by eliminating the need for batteries.
JOYO ISOLATED POWER SUPPLY
Very Usable Power Supply On A Budget
VOODOO LAB PEDAL POWER 2 PLUS
Quality Build & Solid Performance
